These curriculum resources support farm-to-school education for early childhood students. Curriculum books may be available to borrow from your local Extension agent.

  • This 4-H curriculum provides a simple, step-by-step schedule for farm to school lessons in preschool and early elementary classrooms. Lessons cover plant parts and plant needs and include recipes, songs, book recommendations, and family engagement activities.

  • The Harvest of the Month program highlights a different local crop for each month of the school year in Hawai‘i.
